What are the best aspects of this product?
There are a lot of issues that arose with our delivery process that resulted in a lot of angry customers. Acquiring Onfleet was a smart decision on our end because the process of delivering parcels from one point to another is more organized and straightforward. We can find better routes so we could maximize our time on the road. Also, there is no need for clients to call us every hour to follow up on his package because he already has the means to track it via his smartphone.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are inaccuracies in terms of the ETA of some parcels. This can cause frustration on the receivers' end especially if they are anticipating the parcel to arrive within the day. Hoping that Onfleet can loot into this recurring issue.

We are now able to optimize our delivery process which makes it less stressful for our delivery team.
