What are the best aspects of this product?
ONLYOFFICE is a complete tool for doing and managing different office tasks. It boasts seamless UI and can handle different file formats, which means it helps us achieve better performance on the job. The platform also helps me manage different departments in our company in one hub. And these functions even becomes better when we set basic hosting for emailing. Moreover, it has a dependable sharing feature, and it links to WIKI as a source of information.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I prefer keeping the chatting feature in the client even when I’m on private hosting. I also prefer using other emailing platform, instead of relying on what ONLYOFFICE offers. Another minor change that the platform should make is turning the RRSS icon into a simple notification logo, since that is the purpose that it serves. The invoicing feature needs improvements in terms of managing contents to make it more functional. And lastly, I find customization and resources quite inconvenient to use, so I simply use the platform as it is.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our team doesn’t need to use a multitude of sites and apps anymore, since the ONLYOFFICE already carries everything we need. We do not need to frequently sign-in to different accounts throughout our job too. ONLYOFFICE brings huge efficiency in our company.
