What are the best aspects of this product?

There are lot of tools and options we use every day for our work. It's easy to find them in the list of modules and adjust as we need. And we can synchronize our data with a third part services. If you have a high level of confidence you can choose Enterprise version to put all data on your own server.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Adding new features are a little bit rarely and we are looking forward to ip telephony system and some other options.

IP telephony

We are not a big company but we could manage our projects and save all data on a safety server
