What are the best aspects of this product?

OnlyOffice simple interface makes it easier for end users to find their way through the program. Its functionalities and features are fantastic. I like the ability to share files without the need to acquire other file-sharing tools like gdrive. The interoperability with MS formats is also commendable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The service got a very poor Hi-DPI support. I had it in a high DPI display and the program appears terrible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Compared to Libreoffice, OnlyOffice got way better MS interoperability. Formatting of the document is less likely to change.
