What are the best aspects of this product?
ONLYOFFICE has a dependable CRM platform that serves us efficiently. First, we can import contacts from different sources into it easily, and opening such data is also a breeze. And second, editing and sharing contact details give us no problem as well. We can have these all in a single CRM tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are file formats that ONLYOFFICE cannot handle such as documents from MS Excel. This is a problem when we need to import dozens of contacts at once. We often resort to changing the format, or find some other platform to do the job.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
All we need are the correct file format to seamlessly upload contacts into the ONLYOFFICE CRM. We trust on this when collecting contacts in a meeting or some other events.
