What are the best aspects of this product?

ONLYOFFICE offers smooth file sharing capacity with hefty of available file storage space. Some other great features include efficient handling of different formats, availability of cool fonts, as well as reliable teamwork elements. It lets us see recent changes in a document or view history.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a pricy solution because we need to pay for each user. I wish for a package that is suitable for an entire company.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ONLYOFFICE is a big help for our IT professionals because it makes creating, editing and sharing of IT system documentation easier. And we find the versioning feature very useful.
