What are the best aspects of this product?

In my perspective, the best things about OnlyOffice are its simplicity and user-friendliness. It’s no brainer. You don’t have to learn a complicated process to make the most out of the system. It’s a great tool for viewing and creating documents that are not word.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Compared to other extensions, the number and types of tools offered by this program are quite limited.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our team is able to work on the same documents simultaneously with so much ease. Collaborative editing is really a big thing. We can edit files and leave comments or feedback on shared documents.
