What are the best aspects of this product?
We made a decision to go for OnPay after going through a bad run with a PEO. We were in need of a solution that comes with external support for both benefits and payroll. At the same time, we want to be given the freedom to customize the product to fit our needs. The software's fee structure is amazing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I was hoping there's some kind of a PTO service for my employees. That way, they can hand over their requests so management can make the approval, which can integrated automatically into the payroll system. Right now, things are done manually. Rumor has it may be in development for future use.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There's never a need for me to hire an employee to do all my admin payroll tasks. OnPay is very user-friendly. Once I set things up, all I needed to do was to come in and click "approve" once every couple or so weeks. I get a payroll solution without worrying about doing admin tasks in-house.
