What are the best aspects of this product?
After using Paychex for a few years we decided to find a new solution. OnPay has turned out to be great for our business. I love the simple pricing so we know exactly what we are spending on payroll. The system allows our employees to view their paystubs and keep up with their PTO balances so they are not constantly having to ask for this information. We also utilize their benefits and that has been a huge win for our business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Setting up the QuickBooks integration in the system was a little time consuming but their support team was fantastic and walked me through the entire process. My accountant loves that after each payroll my information transfers over to QBO and she doesn't have to book each transaction. I highly suggest utilizing the support team, everyone who has helped me was highly knowledgeable and patient.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Honestly, everything offered currently is pretty spot on with our needs at the moment.
