PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The software itself is comprehensive. I find it appealing to the eyes. It's so easy to use! Customer service is amazing! It's scalable so it grows with both the needs and demands of the consumer. I really believe we'll be able to grow with them. I also feel they can consistently meet our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, everything about this software is great. There's nothing that I don't like at this time. So far, it's been good to me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Anything that has to do with payroll taxes, accounting, and other tax details. I can't believe how easy this thing is. Their customer support has been tremendous. They're always there for you when you need them most. I can't get enough of the many good things they've done for me!
