What are the best aspects of this product?
It's been a few years now since I've last used this tool. I find OnPay to be simple to navigate and understand. It's an ideal choice that any small business should start with. Their team happens to responsive and will always be there for you for anything.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At times, the tool will feel like it's not automated. It's a bit of a challenge to switch the check date via manual method when the pay date is on a holiday. If unattended, this could lead to wrong payroll timing.

I like the fact that this tool is priced in a reasonable manner. It enabled me to directly apply saings in other aspects of my current business.
