OnPay is simple to utilize. It's also user-friendly. If I'm facing problems, their online chat will respond swiftly. Everyone from the team has been nothing but professional and helpful. It's one reason why I've been sticking to this app for quite some time now.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
How it automatically saves everything takes a bit of getting used to. Aside from that, the only other issue that I've faced is its integration with Quickbooks. It's been a struggle trying to figure it out from time to time. Getting new accounts set up so it can map correctly doesn't always function the way I wanted it to.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Payroll is way simpler and faster now with OnPay. We can easily input direct deposits, working hours, new hires, and etc. It saved us a lot of time and money. I find their direct deposit service to be of great value. Plus, it's nice to work with!
