PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Setting it up was a breeze. Their customer service are quick to assist with any inquiries as well as some customization needs. The UI looks neat. It's simple to navigate. I love it so much that I'd get jumpy if I feel like I forgot something. I can't believe how easy it is to use this payroll!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There aren't a lot of features that I hate. It'd be nice if I get a notification as to when payroll needs running. But that's not a major problem for me. Connectivity between the tool's system and the bank is simple enough for OnPay. But from the bank's perspective, it's a bit clunky.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

OnPay helped our startup set up a powerful payroll structure. The tool is very scalable. We're hoping we can make our move to the Benefits Administration later this year. The biggest battle that we're facing is that we're business people trying to work in craft beverages. We have zero knowledge in payroll and HR, but the tool made sure our employees get paid and taxes are always filed on time.
