What are the best aspects of this product?

Their customer service is nothing short of excellent. We recently had our initial payroll processed and the folks at customer service reached out to me more than what I experienced with my older provider for several months. They flagged an error I committed and generously fixed the issue for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There were several items that weren't intuitive during the setup process. Fortunately, help was always there. It's mostly about understanding how to include employees and where I can include the details for a direct deposit.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Learning to effectively manage the payroll of my company. I seriously have no idea about taxes, withholding, and such. They made everything simple. I find their online structure to be highly intuitive. Now, I'm more confident with payroll management.
