What are the best aspects of this product?
OnPay has been handling my payroll accounts for me with ease. For an affordable option, their customer service is really top-notch. They walked me through the whole set-up and they were so accommodating to me when I paid a visit to their office. They really are the best in the market!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
All employees need to have an active bank account. This is quite a tall order—so, when this happens, I’d have to manually write a check to pay off said employee until such time that he/she would be able to (re)open an account. There are also some glitches in OnPay’s system, but none that are too problematic.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For the amount that you pay for OnPay’s services, you really get a lot of benefits and features from them. They have an excellent support team to boot! Payroll and tax handling no longer take up a bulk of my time, freeing up more space for increasing sales for my company.
