What are the best aspects of this product?

Their customer service was fantastic. It's simple to use. Employees can easily enter their details. Website is easily understood. There's always someone to talk for questions or concerns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Absolutely nothing. I love everything that OnPay has to offer. Employees have been really helpful in helping me get around the tool. There's nothing else like it in the market!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

OnPay has given an easy approach in paying my employees. It only takes couple or so minutes to get the payment processed. They've done a splended job answering my inquiries, helping me weave my way around the navigation system, and offering me access to individuals who will alert me on making disability payments as well as worker comp requirements for all my current employees.
