What are the best aspects of this product?

The first thing that comes to mind when I think of things that I like about this program is the fact that crashes are no longer a regular occurence. I also like the follow screen feature and other collaborative tools. Another thing that I found impressive was how quickly and regularly they add new features. If a user is patient enough, the feature they've been asking will probably be part of the program in a couple of months.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Like I said, a lot of the features I'm looking for will probably be added in a few months, so I don't see the need to complain about them. What I do wish for is for an offline version so I can still use this even without an internet connection. It's the only thing I can legitimately complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been able to bring down costs thanks to this tool and how inexpensive it is. It has also helped with our productivity since our engineers can now focus on their work.
