What are the best aspects of this product?

I only started using this program because it was the cheaper option compared to the one I was initally eyeing. I thought that if I didn't like this program, I could make the transition to the more expensive one. Luckily, this program has been exceptional and I haven't ditched it yet. Both me and my clients appreciate the fact that models can be seen on almost any device, whether it is their smartphone or their computer. I was also impressed that my clients could follow me in real time and that I could easily share my models. Another thing that impressed me was how quickly their customer support team provided solutions for me whenever I reached out to them with an issue. In fact, I could even see what exactly they're doing, so every call with them is also a learning opportunity. I also like the regularity of the bug fixes and updates, and that they are automatically implemented without me having to do anything.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a number of improvements I'd like to see when it comes to this program. For one thing, I would like to be able to make a back up copy of documents I am working on, so that I can continue working even during the occasions where I am unable to access the cloud. It would also be great if there was a way to get an offline mode because I may not always be in a location that has good internet. Providing an offline mode would spare me the slow speeds I encounter whenever I am in a location that has a weak internet signal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My work process has improved immensely thanks to this program. I no longer have to share entire files with my clients but can just send a web link. Changes can be seen in real time from that web link, and that has resulted in better communication with my clients.
