What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that it is web-based, since I not only get to work wherever I am, I also don't have to deal with software downloads that are often complicated and cumbersome, especially in a high IT security environment. I am also impresssed that I don't have to deal with up-sells or have to download anything to get the latest version of this software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't have any problems with this program, but my teammates do want a McMaster Carr interface. If more people ask for it I think it's a change that can be implemented in future versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using this program has really improved not just our process but our output as well. It is so user-friendly and can handle 3D printing. Thanks to this program, we've been able to come up with a product that literally can't be matched by any of our competitors. It really lowered the chances of failure and has helped our business makes huge strides.
