What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that it is web-based because it allows me to work from any location. The fact that it stays responsive is a bonus that I really appreciate. The company and I are impressed with it that we've adopted it for our research and development team and our HS Robotics team. I like how this program is simple enough to be run on a Chromebook because it has resulted in everybody on the HS team being able to use it. This has definitely improved things for them since they can get the information they need to formulate a strategy, even if they aren't contributing directly to the design. I am impressed that they can get enough information to determine camera mounting, electronics wiring, and a number of other options. Another that impressed me was how I didn't need to install a Windows emulation to be able to run it on my iMac, since it is web-based after all. A lot of engineering software tools would require me to do that since their approach is mostly centered on Microsoft.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The problem I have sin't with the program itself but with my own servers, since redrawing takes longer than usual when my servers are slow. Other than that there isn't anything that I can complain about when it comes to this program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest thing I was helped with is on one-off projects for research and design. With this program, I was able to come up with a number of iterations of mechanical designs.
