More user-friendly than similar programs

What are the best aspects of this product?

I have to admit that it took me some time to get used to working with this program, even with several years of parametric CAD software experience. That said, once I got over the learnning curve I ended up liking this more than the other ones I've been using. I like how much easier and faster it is to use compared to the CAD software I have been using before. There are a number of features that I really like, such as the multi-part files, the powerful version control, and the mobile application. Other things I appreciate are the fact that i can run it on my Mac, how detailed the document histories are, and how mating works in assemblies. The lower cost is also very much appreciated. I also found impressive how quickly this program was updated. It seems like it only takes days or weeks before bugs are fixed and new features are introduced.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

An obvious disadvantage with this being browser-based is that I need to have an internet connection if I want to use it. Yes, I can use my phone to set up a hotspot, but there are times when I just want the convenience of being able to work offline. This is why I'd really appreciate it if an offline version is introduced. I'd also like for this program to be available to more people, since there used to be a free version available. I can see this being really helpful to students and independent makers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The first thing that I gained from using this is savings, since it does not cost as much as bigger name brands. It has also made the process of building assemblies and models faster, and I really can't say the same for the program I have been using before this one. All of this has made it easy for me to choose this program even if I can easily access more established ones.
