So many things to like

What are the best aspects of this product?

The things that stood out to me the most were the interactions with developers, the customer support provided, and the cost. I liked all of these aspects, and I was also impressed how this program didn't rely on a file structure. I also like how easy it is to reference the CAD data, and in multiple ways as well. Another plus is that I retain control and visibility over the referenced version.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

First off, new users or people who've used other programs will have to contend with a steep learning curve since the file based data structure is not followed. They'd also have to figure out how branches, releases, revisions, and versions can be best executed by this tool. I'd also like to see some advanced features included like animations, rendering, and basic simulation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has been a great way for us to save and bring down costs since add-ons and our servers are not needed to have basic PDM and PLM functionality. It has also improved the collaboration between our remote team members.
