What are the best aspects of this product?

There are so many thing that impressed me when it comes to this tool. For one, I was impressed that I could change the model with the client watching it in real time, making it easy for them to understand the changes I implemented. I definitely like that I no longer have to wait for files to be transferred and reviewed before I can work on them. The collaborative nature is also something I appreciate since I can have teammates help me out in case the lead time for a large job is too short. I am also impressed that I can set my parameters from drop down lists since it cuts down the time I spend looking for the part that I need. The mobility it provides me is also something I appreciate, since I can use my tablet, laptop, or phone to run it wherever I may be. Another impressive aspect is how regularly their updates arrive, which means any problems i may have will probably be addressed in a future update. I can say with full confidence that none of the other programs out there can match this one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to admit that transferring files and datas from a different CAD system is a cumbersome and long affair. It also took me some time to get used to the mate system, particularly with the fact that the assembly environment didn't have planes. I feel like if this was more intuitive or if there were more resources available to me, learning to use these features would proceed much more quickly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The work process definitely sped up when I used this, since I can review and revise designs even while the job is being executed. It also gave me a sense of security since I didn't have to transfer files because the program is cloud-based. We also managed to save money since we didn't have to hire an IT guy or set up servers to have this system up and running.
