What are the best aspects of this product?

The emphasis on collaborative use is something I am very impressed by, even if we as a company are only beginning to explore this software. I like how user-friendly this program is, the resources it has, as well as the excellent documentation and the cloud-based software design. I think their versioning is okay, but I am really impressed by their cloud accessibility.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

An improvement that I'd like to see is telephone tech support, although I think that would require a lot of money and don't expect them to introduce this anytime soon.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As we've only just started using this program, I can't in all honesty say how it has benefitted us.
