PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that first come to mind is how flexible this is. Routing calls is easy to do and I can send them where I want them to go. Our business has its own cloud storage service but I've found that this tool's external cloud storage service works better and makes setting up call recording easy. Best of all, this is really inexpensive when compared to its competitors. They share many similar features, but this one is easier to set up, reliable, and affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really do like the phone system, but one thing that would really take this to the next level and make it a mobile phone replacement is if it also included texting. Otherwise, I have only had a few issues that were also quickly dealt with by the customer support team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool has solved a number of problems for us. For instance, it has really sped up our workflow since its Odoo integration connects the phone with our CRM. Because it costs about a third less compared to other companies, it has helped bring down our cost since we can now take toll-free calls, thanks to an external SIP bridge. Its ability to record outgoing and incoming calls has also helped us meet compliance.
