We've been using this for some time now and we have had no issues at all when it comes to downtime. It has ensured that our business proceeds smoothly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While it is reliable, I do wish that it had more advanced functions. As of now, it is very basic. It doesn't even have a mobile softphone.

Compared to other phone systems we've used before, this was really easy to install and implement. When we started using this, it really cut down our workflow time and sped up the process. Our team also appreciates its smart routing feature.
