What are the best aspects of this product?

For the price that they offer, I can say that Ooma is an excellent product for your business needs. Instead of getting a landline, I decided to subscribe to a VOIP service where employees can make and receive phone calls in and out of the office. The calls connect fast in my experience, the line is clear, and the voicemail service is so helpful. I’ve been through several VOIP services for the last years, but for me, Ooma still offers the best service and connectivity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I could not view my listing whenever I use the call forwarding feature of my Ooma account. I haven’t had the time to call CS about this issue, but I hope that they could provide m with a lasting solution to this minor issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It’s a better choice than getting a landline. If you have an Ooma account, you can use your cellphone in making and receiving calls anywhere. It has a voicemail and a virtual receptionist that professionally greets your clients. For the price, the product comes with many calling features that I enjoy using all the time. I like it best when I log in to the website because I can maximize Ooma for my daily office work.
