What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Ooma Office is so easy to set up that I didn't even need tech support to make it happen. The quality of the call is the most excellent I've seen. I also like its easy integration to the phone app for daily use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are times when the box disconnects from the internet, although this could be attributed to other factors. Overall Ooma is amazing for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to use Ooma for all business-related contacts, and being able to text at the same time. It's a great system for my business needs.
