What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Ooma was easy to set up. It has a great range of features that I also like, such as the mobile UI and direct-dial extensions. Being able to add users or lines is intuitive with Ooma, and that makes us a lot more flexible.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great if the office admin UI can produce more reports. Overall, we have no complaints.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our clinicians are now able to access calls placed on the phone app, so they can answer calls regardless of which facility they are in for the week.
