What are the best aspects of this product?
I can easily monitor all the incoming and outgoing calls using Ooma's web tool. It's convenient to use because callers can leave voicemails that go straight to our work e-mail address, so there is no need to buy an answering anymore.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We sometimes encounter system latency issues when logging into the site. Hopefully, Ooma can work on this, so it doesn't happen during office hours.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I use Ooma for business purposes only. It gives me a separate business phone number where I can answer and conveniently forward client calls. People can also leave messages in my VM account, and it goes straight to my email, making sure that I won’t miss it.
