What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Ooma keeps making system improvements and adding new features. When I started using it, Ooma was so easy to set up. It's also easy to route the calls through several lines. We also have a virtual receptionist to help set vacation days, pre-recorded messages, daily work hours and getting calls directly. These all happen so seamlessly without unnecessary admin work.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing within Ooma's control, Ooma's great! For example, our phone disconnecting when our internet disconnects (we're in a rural area). We also weren't able to transfer our business number to Ooma Office, but this is more for our phone company and not Ooma.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to get the admin-y items handled by a virtual receptionist. This includes setting up work hours, vacation times, call recording, setting your own hold music and having several departments for callers to choose from.
