My thoughts on Ooma

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that we're still able to use the same office phone number even if we changed our location. It's calibrated for answering and forwarding voicemails via the internet, even if we don't have ours plugged into a router. It's cheaper, easy to use, and the customer service is effective.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's sometimes tricky to do, but their support team was so patient in guiding us through the setup and subsequent updates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to have a good call service with good quality phones that enable our team members to answer regardless of their office location and without changing our phone number.
