What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Ooma Office allows me to have two business phone lines and after-hours messaging. This instantly upgrades the perception of the business in the pro leagues. Having the phone tree ensures that all calls are answered instead of going to voice mail. Calling for tech support is also a breeze, and my issues are answered swiftly. Two other game changers include being able to text and receive pictures -- very advanced.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish the system would have fewer lags and that the phone tree would work more seamlessly without me having to figure out a workaround.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Being able to use a separate phone line for business with specified work hours so I can disconnect while still supporting clients provides me with work-life balance. During work hours, when a line is not answered, it goes to me, so we don't have to worry about unanswered calls from our valued clients.
