What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that it's priced clearly and simply, without having extra or hidden charges. I also like their tech support because they helped me set up the account easily and patiently. I felt they're very attuned to what I needed and answered all my questions well. There's also regular check-ins or training to see if we're able to use the features that were newly rolled out and there's time for Q&A too. The UI is intuitive, well designed and user-friendly for everyone, including admins and users. We easily know how to get messages and how to send and receive calls. The apps on our mobile phones are pretty straightforward, on both Android and iOS. We got a couple of physical phones and the rest as apps on our mobile devices. We love being able to make and receive business calls this way, considering we're still a growing business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be great for admins to be able to log in using their username instead of their phone number, and that more than one person can become an admin for an account in case the other is not available. Spam call blocking could be improved too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're able to manage our cost better with an app that is web-based and so easy to use. More of our teams are much happier about an efficient system that can call and be called even during the lockdown when they're away from our office.
