What are the best aspects of this product?
There is no need to install landlines for my staff because Ooma will do the job. They can use this VOIP service on their cellphones and make/receive calls even if they are out of the office.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I find the product expensive, so I wish that they can come up with a lower package that comes with a text messaging feature to maximize the package. But aside from the price, I don’t have any existing complaints with this VOIP.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It offers me the convenience of having a centralized landline number and multiple extensions to easily communicate with other staff members in other parts of the world. Plus, there is no need to pay extra for international calls.
