I like that they focus on customer support, without contracts for the services. There's a lot of options to choose from, packed with features that fit your business type.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish Ooma Office will be able to provide the license for music or even pre-approved audio files, plus an advanced routing ability for customized workflows.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to scale our business when needed, regardless if it's up or down. We're also able to easily carry out implementations for our business, which is growing rapidly.
