We are currently cutting down costs and expenditures. That is why getting Ooma is a wise decision because it acts as our receptionist and is valuable in doing its job.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m still new with VOIP because I shifted from a landline. I’m still adjusting because I’m used to hearing some background noise.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Someone answers phone calls for us, and also, our voicemails get sent directly to our emails, which gives us the privacy that we need.
