What are the best aspects of this product?

The best aspect of the product is the methodology. How nice that someone finally "gets" it and has given us a tool to find the right people for our company. In the past, we have spent a lot of time and money looking for, training, and relying on employees that were simply not a good fit for us. It was disheartening and set us back quite a bit when everyone realized it. How wonderful it would have been to have skipped all of that. And, how much further along would we be now if we hadn't had the setbacks?

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am pretty happy. I can't think of any issues right now.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Maybe you already have it and I just haven't taken the time to look for it, but I would like a mobile app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As I mentioned previously, we have had some bad matches in the past that cost us a lot of money and kept us from moving in the direction we envisioned. OpenElevator is making sure we don't feel that pain again.
