PROS: OpenElevator allows us to find the right people for the right positions. It’s not just about a CV but how a person would fit in the company culture and in the team. The OpenElevator platform has given us a way to find people that will add value to the company, help it grow and grow along with it.

CONS: Since I’ve started using OpenElevator, so much work has been put into this product and it keeps getting better.

PROS: The best aspect of the product is the methodology. How nice that someone finally "gets" it and has given us a tool to find the right people for our company. In the past, we have spent a lot of time and money looking for, training, and relying on employees that were simply not a good fit for us. It was disheartening and set us back quite a bit when everyone realized it. How wonderful it would have been to have skipped all of that. And, how much further along would we be now if we hadn't had the setbacks?

CONS: I am pretty happy. I can't think of any issues right now.
