What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s so challenging to work when your files and documents are disorganized. I am thankful to be using this software because I no longer have to worry about filing stuff. Records are now easier to find, which makes my work more efficient. Most employees also rely on OpenKM to help them manage their excel, word, and PowerPoint files.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The user interface needs to be upgraded because it can be quite challenging to use the product. I needed more learning curve than the others, but with some help from the CS team, I finally got its hang.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sometimes it takes time to find documents and contracts in our file folder. Now we do have to worry about missing them or misplacing them because OpenKM does a wonderful job of organizing our records. It is making life in the office more manageable than before. Plus, the features of OpenKM are very much simple, so employees use it as often as they can.
