What are the best aspects of this product?

I learned to navigate OpenTable connect in just one day. The user interface is straightforward and easy to comprehend. Booking for your preferred venue is easy as 1-2-3.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need some assistance in canceling multiple bookings on specific tables. It could be a system glitch, but I need a quick fix for this. Also, I am hoping that the app should allow users to make changes to the layout of the tables and chairs. Doing this saves a lot of time rather than giving the restaurant staff lengthy instructions over the phone or visiting them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ever since I started using this particular application, my planning skills have improved a lot. I became more confident in dealing with minor issues, and I feel more confident in my decisions.
