What are the best aspects of this product?

Using the software makes lives more manageable. You can make reservations at any restaurant of your choice. No need to waste time visiting the actual restaurant and falling in line for hours. It is fun and hassle-free.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a long list of restaurants on the list; however, not all of them are willing to take online reservations. I am hoping that this issue would be addressed by the management of OpenTable connect so they can filter their list and make their app more reliable for their clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Most of our events turn out to be successful. The guests do not have to worry about anything. They dress up, arrive at the venue, and enjoy everything that is being served. This app makes sure that we avoid wasting time visiting restaurants to secure a reservation.
