PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

My job requires me to plan for huge events that are usually held in restaurants. Planning for an event used to be so overwhelming, but when I found out about OpenTable connect, things became more manageable. I could book a reservation under other people's names, make any changes, or provide specific requests by merely using the software. Also, I can send the guests an invite that goes directly through their e-mail. It is paperless, convenient, and saves a lot of time. Now I can organize an event in just one day, which making me more productive in the workplace.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not have any visibility when it comes to the actual layout of the restaurants. Although it is not a big deal because you can quickly figure this out a few days before the event schedule, other than that, I do not have any issues with the application. It gets the job done, and so far, all the events that I have booked turned out to be a success.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can make multiple event/party reservations all the same time. This is very helpful, especially during peak seasons at the university where we have to host meetings, seminars, and welcome guests from other schools. Using OpenTable connect makes me feel more empowered when getting things done.
