PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is so nice to have this app on my phone and laptop. I am in charge of booking for a restaurant whenever we have guests coming over. I no longer have to drive for miles and look at different venues. I can find a venue in just an hour. Also, it allows you to make personal requests by simply writing notes on the application.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not see any disadvantages of using OpenTable. This has been very helpful in my line of work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am a very busy person, and I work 12 hours a day. Getting out from the office to scout for a venue is not exactly my cup of tea. OpenTable solves that issue by allowing me or any of my colleagues to take good care of reservations by using a smartphone or computer.
