What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps the guests save a lot of time and effort. Sometimes their schedule is too busy, and they do not have time to visit our restaurant. All they need to do is download OpenTable on their laptop or smartphone and book a reservation on their preferred date.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For me, there is nothing wrong with this app. I love it and enjoy using it for my day to day transactions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is time-saving and promotes efficiency for both parties. Clients can book online their special event, and we on the back-end will take good care of all their requests. We are thankful that we discovered OpenTable because we were able to get more clients.
