What are the best aspects of this product?

You can make personal requests every time you make an online reservation. I was able to remind the restaurant staff that there are people who are allergic to peanuts and seafood, so they are aware of what food to serve on a particular guest. You can also inform them if you are throwing a surprise birthday party.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have not encountered any issues with the software since I started using OpenTable for more than a year already. I was able to book several restaurants across the area, and all of them were able to accommodate me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

OpenTable connect is an amazing application. I no longer have to deal with inexperienced or impatient restaurant staff over the phone to take my reservation. I can book at my chosen restaurant and write down all my detailed requests. No hassle at all.
