What are the best aspects of this product?

I no longer have to travel to book for venues for our parties. I can do this by simply downloading the app on my tablet and reserve a place in just a few minutes. I get to save a lot of time and accomplish more things because of OpenTable connect.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only downside of using this app is whenever something goes wrong with their system. It happens periodically, but aside from that, it gets the job done the way it should be.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

They personalize the service by allowing clients to create and upload their information in the application. I no longer have to fill up so many forms to validate my identity, especially if I am already a repeat customer. I can book big or small events in no time, and that is what I love most about OpenTable.
