PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The program helps us achieve so many things, especially during a large event like weddings and company parties. You can use the system to place markers on several tables and assign them to a specific server. You are assured that the workload is evenly distributed, making it less overwhelming for the crew.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is quite challenging to determine if the client is already inside the restaurant so we could immediately lead them towards their table and mark it as taken. It would be nice to be able to add some face recognition features in the app or ask customers to leave a brief description of their appearance and outfit. If we do this, we will spend less identifying them, which is honestly very time-consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ever since I joined the restaurant a few years ago, we have always been using the open table policy, and OpenTable connects app has always been a big help for us. Things remain smooth and well-organized just like before si I would say that there are no major changes that occurred since using OpenTable.
