What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Since the software is dependent on the Internet or WIFI connectivity, there are instances wherein your reservation may not push through in case of a weak connection. Also, sometimes the app goes through system latency that can cause difficulties in booking for a restaurant. However, this only seldom happens, so no need to worry much.

It is very convenient and straightforward to use. There is no need to pay for canceling an event or equipment rental. You are billed based on the actual headcount that is expected to arrive at your event. I find the transaction to be fair and reasonable and worth recommending to others.
