What are the best aspects of this product?

https://www.g2.com/products/openwater/reviews/openwater-review-2897460 has great automated features that make it very convenient for use. We also like how responsive its helpdesk support is. They are always active on the line to answer any questions from users.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

OpenWater has a steep learning curve with its features. Customizing OpenWater to make it fit particular standards is inconvenient as well. We also receive feedback about OpenWater format loading poorly on tablets. That’s why we hope that an OpenWater mobile app would become available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Helps us handle applications for a leadership program that we organize. This enables us to manage a huge bulk of applications efficiently, as well as allow dozens of judges to check entries throughout each competition. It also makes data easy to access without compromising quality security.
